Dr. Rickoff and her staff were SO wonderful with my children (20 months and 3 years). Both of my kids were comfortable enough to receive a full cleaning and exam with absolutely no tears. Dr. Rickoff's office is meticulously clean with an air purifier at each chair, properly worn masks by the staff, and enhanced screening at the door. I feel so lucky to have found a dentist that makes oral hygiene a breeze for my children!

I am new to the Indianapolis area so I was nervous to book a dentist appointment. Once I made the phone call to schedule my appointment here, Rikki was so sweet and very informative about my insurance questions. As soon as I walked into the doors for my appointment the staff was very friendly and so nice! My dental hygienist Tonna (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and was very easy to talk to. Not only that she was very informative and helpful. I have very sensitive teeth and she was always making sure I was comfortable. They have great technology and showed me everything that was going on and very well educated me on my teeth and what I could be doing better on. It was truly amazing. Dr. Olivia Benson was also very helpful in checking my teeth as well! Truly, such an amazing experience at this dentist. I left the office in such a great mood and so educated! Thank you all so much, I plan on coming back and being a regular patient! 😁

Dental work has never been my favorite, but the team at Rickoff dentistry has made my appointments much better than what I have experienced elsewhere. The entire staff is great, and Dr. Rickoff is a very good, gentle dentist who explains things well and is fun!

Dr. Rickoff and her staff were so welcoming and kind from the minute I inquired about an appointment. I am pregnant and was having really bad bleeding in my gums. The hygienist was very gentle and paid extra close attention to my needs. Dr. Rickoff also put a temporary fix on a cracked sealant that she will fix after baby comes. It was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had!

Dr. Jaclyn Rickoff was wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend her. Her office was easy to find in Carmel, staff was super helpful and she went over and beyond on a few tough cavities that I had. I had no pain the next day, and she did a great job walking me through the entire process. I have taken my young boys in to see her as well. They usually don't do well at the dentist but she made them relaxed and the entire check-up was very stress-free. (4 years and 2 years) Thank you Dr. Rickoff. We will be back in 6 months!
